Odilia Underwood

Odilia Hernandez Underwood, MSN, RN, NC-BC, CHt, is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, cannabis educator, hypnotherapist, speaker, veteran, healthcare leader, and founder of Nurse Coach Odie LLC and Mexicanna RN™️. A nurse since 2012, she has worked across diverse healthcare settings and now lives at the intersection of medicine, meaning, and lived experience. Her perspective was forged through her own journey with lupus, polypharmacy, and the decision to pursue a more empowered path rooted in lifestyle change, mindset, and plant medicine education. As a Mexican-American woman, nurse, patient, and entrepreneur, Odilia brings a rare dual lens to the cannabis conversation: she understands both the clinical system and what it feels like to live inside a body that system does not always fully hear, study, or trust. Her work challenges stigma, expands trust-centered education, and invites more honest conversations about cannabis, women’s health, chronic illness, pleasure, autonomy, and embodied healing.
