Mark Collins is a highly experienced marketing and finance executive with extensive expertise in Cannabis, CPG, and financial strategy. Mark founded Highly Capitalized Network in 2018 because he couldn't find any honest financial and business news sources in cannabis. As CFO of California dispensary group Grupo Flor, he led a successful turnaround that reignited retail expansion with Grupo Flor opening new dispensaries in Silicon Valley. Since 2015, Mark has launched and scaled licensed Cannabis ventures, secured over $100M in capital, and driven growth strategies for leading Cannabis and wellness brands. Before entering Cannabis, Mark held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, CNN / Warner, and JDE Peet’s, serving variously as CMO, COO, CFO, and CEO across North America, LATAM, Asia and Europe.
