Dustin Steerman is the founder and CEO of Vert, where he helps cannabis brands simplify packaging, accelerate speed to market, and build smarter supply chains. With nearly two decades of experience across paper, digital print, flexible packaging, and cannabis, Dustin has been active in the legal cannabis industry since 2015 and previously helped scale one of North America’s largest manufacturers of child-resistant pouches. At Vert, he leads innovation across packaging design, domestic and global sourcing, and supply-chain optimization, with a focus on reducing waste, improving operational efficiency, and making sustainable packaging systems more accessible to emerging and established brands alike. His expertise sits at the intersection of packaging innovation, circularity, and commercially viable sustainability.
